Is plyometrics p90x exercises hard on your knees and lower body joints?

With all the jumping,  i'm concerned about knee and joint pain while doing p90x plometrics.

With excessive jumping and p90x exersise will cause you pain especially with the age of the person performing such exercise. In a doctor's office or from any "expert", you are likely to hear that losing pounds reduces your chance of disease. Spending money on  will supposedly reduce your risk of illness. Illness risk doesn't always go down with a diet program, though.
