Is mini trampoline bouncing exercises bad after total hip replacement? I had one hip replaced in 2001 and the other in 2005. Some say mini trampoline exercise is OK and some say it isn't. What do you think?
I want to know this too. I am 34 and had my hip replaced due to dysplasia in August. I have 2 small children. I got a really really cheap almost new mini trampoline for them to play on and often think I want to try it!
