My 23 year old daughter lost 40 - 50 pounds several years ago, has kept it off, and now works out several times a week. She looks great except for the very loose skin in her lower belly area that also has stretch marks. My concern is in the future, when she eventually decides to have a family, will a tummy tuck be a problem?
