Katiyar Today a study came out linking grape seed extract to prevention of skin cancer, especially those exposed to big amounts of sun. Grape seed extract has more then one study showing that is can be helpful in detering cancer. All anti-oxidants have been found to ward off cancer but it may be helpful to take additional grape seed besides what it is in your anti-oxidant. In addition to its cancer preventative abilities, grape seed extract is also very good at improving insulin sensitvity a.k.a losing fat. I've been taking it for a year and I encourage everyone else to start. |
