So, my friend posted this Insanity Home DVD Workout in her Facebook page, I thought of you when I read it...thoughts? (I can tell you one thing: it's not for me!)
Thanks for the question, honestly, It's probably not for ME either!
I mean, have you checked out the definition of insanity?

Yep, 'Insanity' sounds about right...for the trainer and creator, Shaun T!
Do they have a spandex dry-fit, straight jacket?
Cause this trainer and his insane, cracked out workout posse all need one.
By the way, all those 'students' in the class are models specifically chosen for already being fit.
The producers of this informercial are insane if they believe their marketing for adults that need Ritalin -will actually produce truthful results.
Let's go through the video's claims and identify if they are SANE or INSANE...
Your body will look ripped in 60 days -
INSANE, you need way more than a workout! You need a miracle....and of course perfect diet, stress management, sleep, recovery, etc.
It's not for everybody -
SANE, I'd say this program is for advanced fitness levels with no real history of injury only
Less than one hour per day -
INSANE, for the results they are claiming, they better have you working out around the clock
Max interval training -
INSANE, long bursts of intense exercise with short rest...welcome to the land of lightheadedness and nauseous.
Before & after pictures -
INSANE, think those are real? That's like thinking Pamela Anderson is real.
Honestly, there are some quality exercises in the workout and it sure is tough. But never believe over promising...if it sounds and looks to good to be true. It is.

At last! Words that sound sane.
