Indiana Jones Workout
Awhile ago I blogged about the Harrison Ford workout from the new Indiana Jones movie. He's training hard and is on a high protein, low carb diet and eating a a lot of fish for his omega 3 fatty acids. So what type of workout is he doing?
Here's what I would have him do to build muscle and lose fat for the new Indiana Jones workout.
Everything would be timed rounds. So he'd have to complete four exercises then rest. We'd do 3 sets of 3 different rounds, everything 12 reps.
1st round
Pull-ups
Push-ups
Bodyweight Sqauts
Bodyweight Lunges
2nd round
Dips
Close Grip Push-ups
Flat Dumbbell Chest Press
Box Jumps
3rd round
Jump Push-ups
Dumbbell Step-ups
Hi Cable Chops
Front Medicine Ball Squats
Try it
