In need of some new workplace workouts?

So I work from 9 to 6 and I play Basketball in College. I feel that my fitness is slipping, but I started a new routine of working out every hour in our workout room at work. I do 30 pushups, 60 sit-ups, and 60 calf raises. I feel that I'm overworking these individual muscles because I do it everyday. What are some other simple, no equipment workouts I can do in the workplace?

Some workouts!. Squats, side workouts, resistance band workouts, Running every once in a while. Just get active any way possible!
