Too cold, Too cold?

Not if you want to burn more calories, calories!



Yo VIP, your boy (and my 4th grade idol) Vanilla Ice is back.

German researchers found that drinking 6 glasses of ice cold water per day can raise your metabolism by 50 calories


Another reason to drink more water is that studies also show thatpeople who drink water regularly eat 200 fewer caloriesa day.


So push that water, but before you drink it up - throw some Ice Ice Cubes in it.


Do note that thecolder your drink the slower the gastric emptying, meaning the slower it will digest and you don't want this during a run, bike ride, or sport. Avoid drinking cold waterbefore or duringa workout, event, or sport.
