Im wanting to lose about 15 lbs. I weigh 132 now and im 5'3 22 years old. I eat about 1350 calories a day now. I get a good balance of carbs(40%) protein(30%) and good fats(30%). My body bugg says I burn about 2400-2500 a day. Its confusing because I have a job where I walk around all day and somedays I am on a ladder all day and some what physical. So do I just need to eat more to compensate or should I lose weight first then try to build muscle?
