I want six pack abs, but who doesn't? After the movie 300 came out all guys want abs like no tomorrow. I use kettlebell and body weight circuits to burn fat and am always looking out for new ideas. While watching youtube.com today I found a cool workout video called Meet the Spartans . If this workout routine doesn't burn fat then I don't know what does!
My daily fat burning workouts are usually not as high rep and consists of five reps per hand of as many kettlebell exercises as I can get through. Circuits usually consist of something like swings, 1 hand swings, rotational cleans, high pulls, snatches, deck squats, and squats. Or, as many reps as possible of clean squat and press complexes (just keep doing them while alternating hands).
This is almost always done after I throw around two 24 kg bells for some power and or hypertrophy work. But enough about me, enjoy the video below and see what someone else is doing!
