I tried the free Tacfit Commando Workout from Scott Sonnon today

Scroll down to Sunday's post and you will see a letter from Scott Sonnon promoting a free Tacfit Commando Workout of his. I decided to give it a try myself instead of my usual Monday kettlebell fat burning workout. Here is the workout I did:
  • mobility work
  • dynamic warm-up
  • body weight circuit, 20 mins non-stop, 2-6 reps per drill per round depending on your fitness level.
    • springing tripod
    • swinging plank
    • spinal rock drop
    • tactical pop-up
