Happy Friday! I stopped by the Crunch in Union Square earlier this afternoon for a quickie workout (45 minutes: 2 mile run + 2 circuits of ab work). I just happened to be in the area because I needed a special ingredient for something I'm making my beloved fiancé for dinner tonight that I could only find it at Whole Foods. But since he is a faithful follower of Karina Works It Out, I will refrain from telling you now. Details on Monday! Anyway, what I really wanted to tell you is that I am ready--ready to tackle that 45-point list , (it's down to 38, actually!) the job search, my workout schedule, and the world. Something about being in motion and getting my heart rate up has surged some serious kick-butt attitude in me today. It all starts this Monday, with my new and fabulous workout schedule. (MWF are classes at the gym, T/TH/S are wherever.)
