I love swimming!

Only had about 20 minutes to work out yesterday, so I decided to brave the cold and hop in the outdoor pool at my gym. I forgot what a great workout it is. So invigorating. It's especially good if you don't have much time because you can get a pretty good workout in only 15 or 20 minutes in the pool. Now, if it would just warm up a bit...
