I got up this morning, telling myself I have rested enough. Just because I don’t feel great, doesn’t mean I should stay home. So off I went with the expectation that I would do a short cardio warm up and then start Power Week of Legs, Butt and Thighs. I did the cardio and 2 short sets of squats and incline ab crunches and started to see black. I guess I am not yet up to working out. It stinks. Maybe I had the flu. I don’t know, but whatever it is really took me out of things for awhile. I am ready to get back to working out. How long will it take for my body to get back . . . . . .I will see tomorrow.
