I do plunges ( like 6-8 minutes) maybe every day or even every other. Also I use a barbell for my arms.. Nothing strenuous.

I actually thought I had a URI or bladder infection because I got the same symptoms.  My GYN took urine specimans and also a culture and said I do not have an infection.  The same pain went on for a whole month.  Last summer I was diagnosed with a spastic colon and was given Dyclomine.  It helps a great deal.  So I started taking these pills for whatever I had and it did help.  I actually had the burning feeling when I urinated (but just for a few days) and then bad pain around both sides of my lower abdomen (close to where my colon is).  Went to a urologist and had my bladder looked at (can't remember the name of the test)  to see if I had bladder cancer; came out negative.  GYN also did a vaginal ultrasound; results of ovaries and uterus came out fine.  Now for the last 5 weeks I have the pressure pain near my pubic area, just like an URI.  The pressure of having to urinate is soooo bad.  I have been taking the dyclomine pills but they make me so tired it's hard to function.  Everyone is telling me it's the exercises.  I also stand and twist the upper portion of my body side to side to get great abs.  Do you think this is all related?  Sometimes I get this wierd vibration just above where my bladder is.
