I did lunges. Very extreme that there was less than a fee gap between the ground and my groine. my upper body is perpendicular to the group. Back leg is straight. Not bend at the knee. Front leg folded on its knee making a 90 degree angle or 70 degree. i was reaching for the ground. I am lean 5'9". Athletic. 12 years Taekwon-do martial arts practiced. Left practicing during 2002. My mind is still the same so without property Warm up i did lunges. ( warm up was only 5 minutes of treadmill)
Very next day i started getting pain. I thought it is the normal workout pain. later i realized it is the exact vein on my lower left abdomen that is aching. i cant even touch it. it was swollen to show visibility. I didnt go to doctor like i always do since i believe my resistance/time will heal.
Now after 1 1/2 months i am not having pain when i touch it but the blood vessel has become very hard. its not more feeling like a inflated tube when you touch it. it feels like a string. Please advice if it is a Blood vessel rupture.
Now the pain is radiating to the back of my hip and area near my penis. I live in Seattle. I scared of huge diagnotic tests and huge bills. Please help
