i am very active and watch what i eat, but i still cant flatten my stomach no matter how many sit ups i do. what should i do?

In the 20 years that I have been helping people lose weight / get fit, when women carry fat around their middle (unless they are menopausal), it is all about insulin.

 Controlthe type of carbs you eat and you should see a big change (if you don't - shoot me a comment and we can try a few other tricks)

Baaaaaad carbs - bread, anything processed, potatoes, ice cream, pop, juice, milk (in large quantities), sugar, honey

Good carbs - veggies & small amounts of fruit
