I am exercising three times a day excestively and want to no is it haszardos to being pregnant

I am a fifty year old woman whom like to be fit and working on toning and building up my health if i am pregnant is it hazaderous to my health to keep working out

Generally exercise is very healthy for women who are pregnant particularly if they have been exercising prior to becoming pregnant. However, every woman and every pregnancy is different so it is always crucial to check with your own OBGYN as the safety of different activities for you.
