Click here to see my food diary from yesterday..........
First of all let me apologize if you came on my blog and noticed a different but weird layout or at some cases, nothing at all, because I was tired of my layout and were trying out some new ones until my custom one is made. I finally found one that I like so I hope you like it too!
Anyways, this is the last day of August and yeah, this year is moving fast. It's hard to believe that we are about to enter the fall season (even though the weather makes it feel like it's the beginning of summer). It's kind of crazy to think at the beginning of this year, I was hoping to drop this weight by summer so I can have my summer body but now that summer is about to past.............What now? For me, it's to continue to work hard and not slack off because I'm about to enter some of the great eating holidays.......Halloween for the great candy (especially the mini snickers), Thanksgiving (just saying Thanksgiving reminds you of great food), and of course that Christmas dinner. Will I over do it.......maybe so......but it's not going to stop me from exercising and eating semi-healthy. I know that this is a lifestyle change and not something that I can put up for the summer and bring it back out next year.
Anyway, enough of me preaching.......I had a great workout yesterday. I did CLX Burn it off and it was crazy. It's always tough for me to keep up with some of the moves but lucky for me, whenever I stopped, my husband was there to say, "Girl go and stop slacking off......and you say that you are tougher than me." Of course this push me to keep going because everything between us is a competition. So after I worked out and shower up, my husband made a great meal. It was Caribeann Jerk Chicken with Broccoli and Cheese Rice......So Yummy
