These are the other body fat calculations that I spoke about in the session.
Female <30 years old: Hips + (thigh x.8) – (calf x 2.0) – wrist = % body fat
Male <30 years old: Waist = (hips x.5) – (forearms x 3.0) – wrist = % body fat
Male 31> years old: Waist + (hips x .5) – (forearms x 2.7) – wrist = % body fat
