Workout at home.
I know it sounds like a joke but with just a bit of equipment and a lot of motivation you can workout at home and get all the weight workout that you need.
I hear a lot of input from the 6000+ people that receive my newsletters and are part of the 10 day fitness program that they do not want to do weights. I know that doing weights is good and I will p;oke and prod people as much as I can to make sure that everyone knows that pushing your muscles is a great way to lose weight.
So what do you really need to workout at home? Not much. A couple of those sets of hand weights to start with and a bunch of exercises that are going to get you in better shape.
The motivation that I talked about is just to make sure that you are doing the exercises. I always tell people to work out in the morning but really one of the great things that you can do for working out at home is to make sure that you are getting the workout in.
When is the best time to do these exercises? Maybe in the evening wheile you are watching TV.
I know that I watch TV in the evenings during the week and if you arethe same this is a great way to get off your but and workout without having to mess your regular lifestyle up.
