How to overcome low self esteem, conflict and feel better

If you are feeling low self esteem or are not feeling good about yourself, make a list of all your positive qualities or ask why you should feel good at this moment! Remember, your beliefs, thoughts and feelings create your reality. Is the glass of water half empty or half full? It is all how you look at it! If you list all the positive things, I guarantee that you will be happy again. Happiness is a state of mind and has nothing to do with anything outside of yourself! If you are feeling sad, then make a list of what you are grateful for now!
