I have the same problem as you do. In my case I workout and then end up hurting myself. It goes in cycles. I did find that doing yoga really helps. Quick exercises seem to be not great for back issues.

I just lost 12 pounds and I need to firm up my thighs and my flabby arms.
I have sciatica and lower back and hip pain - so I don't want to stir anything up - any suggestions?
