Then I started working out and I was feeling really good so I re-adjusted my plan and it my workout ended up looking like this.
Have you ever set out with a goal in mind and changed it? I like planning my workouts, and for the most part I do my best to stick with them. However, I love when I have the extra energy to run a little harder, further and longer. I was on my final set of 10 burpees when Sara came downstairs to count and cheer me on for the final stretch! She is always there to cheer me on!
So, for those of you who are self-hosted, I’d love to hear about good wordpress plugins that you use. I’m specifically interested in a good recipe one! Hook a girl up, and fill me in. I’m learning a lot of this stuff all over!
