HEY MY NAME IS QASIM DHARAMSEY. I USE TO BE VERY FAT. MY WEIGHT WAS ABOUT 190.NOW MY WEIGHT IS 165.I HAVE LOST ALOT OF WEIGHT AS IM CONTROLLING ON MY FOOD INTAKE BUT THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT IM NOT ABLE TO GET RID OF MY LOVE HANDLES.THE ONLY EXERCISE IM DOING IS WALKING AND JOGGING AND SOMETIMES I DO MY BICEPS.OTHER THEN THAT THERE IS NO WORKOUT.
PLEASE TELL ME HOW SHOULD I GET RID OF MY LOVE HANDLES.
well i would like to say congrats on your weight lost, i am no excercise expert but we do an excercise called pitty pat, you can do it sitting or standing or with a partner. if you do it by your self si in front of the couch (while watching tv) back to the couch, legs straight in front of you, keep head and eyes facing the tv (if u get dizzy close your eyes) sit up straight and twist at the waist touching the couch with both hands on the turn, keep butt and legs on the floor, if doing it with a partner they are the couch but dont let your backs touch, if you go left they go right but you touch hands (pitty pat) if you are standing plant your feet w legs open twist at waist and reach behind your hips w both hands. hope it helps. if youu get any more feed back forward it to me i need some handle help to, you could never have to many choices when u trying to trick your muscles!
