How Much Do You Depend on Your Body Weight When Working Out?

Jenn was not shy earlier this week about professing her love for the TRX. The product, with its straps and handles, allows you to use your own body weight to lunge, crunch and twist your way into shape. It seems to strike the balance between using your body weight and using fancy-schmancy contraptions. What balance do you strike in your workouts?
