i've put on 15pounds for about 1 month and i really want to get rid of it, any suggestions about how many minutes/hours, day/week, pace, distance i should run for on my treadmill? any tricks/tips that i can get rid of 15pounds, quickly? my eating habits i would say are okay, i dont usually eat meat, only fish/veg, i don't usually have snacks(if i do it's yogurt or fruits), i dont eat chocolate/crisps and i dont eat after about 6-7pm and i usually sleep at 9-10pm is that healthly eating or am i just doing too much? should i maintain these eating habits and the running schedules you are going to give me for the rest of my life? please help me out here, these 15pounds are really getting on my nerves
