I am a 34 yr old female who is fairly petite. I'm 5' 1 1/2" with my weight fluctuating btwn 110 to 112 pounds. I wear a size 2 or 4.
I excercise on average 4 days a week which includes classes at the gym like Boot Camp, Body Combat, Body Scultpting etc. I try to switch up routines with my own cardio/running and weight training. I do plenty of lunges, squats, pliometrics, etc and my MAIN issue is that I have cellulite all over my quads. How do I get rid of that? I'd like to be able to wear a pair of shorts (besides Bermudas). It is very frustrating b/c I work hard and then have to watch my thighs jiggle as I walk in a pair of shorts. I honestly don't know what else to do. I've always been petite but this has been an issue for the last several years.
