how do i start an exercise program?

Start your exercising slow and slowly increase your regiment.
* Stretching, bending, twisting
* Situps
* Jumping jacks
* Deep knee bends
* Lift knees up as to be walking and running at a standstill
* Bicycling, laying on your back with your hands under you waist
* Pushups
* Bending over to touch your toes

It's best to consult with a professional such as a online fitness trainer for exercise routines and supplements.

 

As Rx said, its best to start slow and slowely increase your frequency and how hard you work.  I would recommend using these exercises to do at home, and once your confortable with them then join a gym and do some more advanced workouts there.
