My legs allways kill me after squats and lunges (no weights even)....then I never have time to rest b/c of work or child care. I end up over-tired, over-eating, cranky, sore, and gaining weight. I only have this problem when I use free weights...I guess I don't know a proper free weight routine that won't kill me....please help. Can you recommend a trusted site that has a variety of good strength training workout routines that fit my wanting to be fit, but able to function without the costly needs of massage, etc? I'm so tired of feeling exhausted!
