How do I lose fat without gaining muscles?

I am already quite muscular, so I want to lose the fat covering some of my muscles without gaining any more muscles.

The best way to lose excess body fat is to cut calories.   Eliminating 500 calories per day should result in a loss of one pund per week.  Do this for a few weeks and you will really begin to see your muscles come through!

I am agree with you body fat can be cut by cutting the calories. For cutting the calories exercise is the best way.
