Don't you just hate that stubborn fat!!! I assume you're a woman. The only way to get rid of that stubborn fat is to get your total body fat % down to at least 18%. You may have to adjust your diet a little. I would recommend (if you haven't already) to cut out sugar (a lot of people think they don't eat sugar but, it's in everything...read labels, it's possible to find the foods without), processed foods, dressings, pasta, and condiments. Bottom line, eat clean. Also, make sure you have a calorie deficit of 3500 calories per week to lose a pound of fat. I am not sure what else you're doing but, studies show that performing strength training along with cardio 5x a week burns over 3 times the amount of fat compared to doing just strenght training or just cardio (especially the subcutaneous fat). Unfortunately, working out that part of the muscle won't rid the fat in that area. You may also want to incorporate HIITS into your program...very grueling but, VERY REWARDING...this was how I eventually burned off the cellulite from my legs. I hope my answer has helped you!
