How could I loose 32 pounds in 5 weeks?

I am 13 years old and my height is 5'4 and i weigh about 132 pounds, Is that the right weight for my age? My friends always teese me about my stomach, but i dont really like it, I would like to change it. Could you please help me?

Hey Dakota, don't worry about what your friends say to you or about your stomach.

If you dont like how you look or feel, try some exercises or just walk or jog.

...and it's not safe or healthy to lose 32lbs in just 5 weeks. If you do need to lose weight, jus try it slowly, like 1-2 lbs per week. ok?

I concur with everything that Franklin has said, dont worry about what others think, as long as you are happy with yourself.  It is not healthy to lose more than 1-2 pounds a week so dont do anything drastic.

There are plenty of exercises about that you can do that will get to where you want to be in time, be patient and it will work out.

I think exercise is the best way to lose wieght, even the 5 minutes of exercise helps in burning the lot of calories. Also try to make a proper and balanced diet that should be match with your daily exercise routine. Try to consume more fruits and vegetables that helps you when you are on dieting.
