How can I prevent these painful bumps?

I've been going to the gym for a couple months, and now just recently started cardio on the treadmill. Everytime I run on the tread mill, I get a large swollen puffy bump on each leg. Just above the ankle on the outside of leg. Its quite painful, but is gone in about an hour. Any idea as to what this might be, or how I can prevent this from happening?

It seems that the muscles in that area of the legs are not strong enough. Get an appointment from a physiotherapist and start work on the legs. Gradually, the problem would resolve. Alternatively, you can visit a chiropractor and get laser therapy. Here's more information about it here:
