Got some old workout pants you’d like to trade in? Now you can celebrate Earth Day and get some bucks off of some new threads. During the month of April, you can take your used workout pants into any lucy store and received $10 off a new pair of regular price lucy bottoms, including pants, capris, shorts and skirts. lucy will donate the pants to charity, you'll get new pants, and you'll save the pants from hitting a landfill. Win, win, win!

Trade up.

Gold Games
Want to take the gym home with you? Now you can. Gold’s Gym has created a new cardio workout for the Nintendo Wii. The game is compatible with the Wii Balance Board, and incorporates activities like cardio boxing, running and sit-ups, and tracks your weight and calories burned. Jenn has already given the Wii Fit her stamp of approval, and this sounds like one more fit game to add to your Wii Fit arsenal.

You’re golden.

Tooth Watch
Do you down Gatorade or Propel after each worko ut? Studies are now showing that those drinks can wear down tooth enamel as they rehydrate you. Previous studies have found that sports beverages can damage tooth enamel because of the combination of acidic components, sugars and additives. This new research shows that sports drinks softened dentin, which determines tooth size and shape, and Gatorade and Powerade caused significant staining. Don’t freak too much; sipping after a workout isn’t as bad as sipping all day every day. But make sure you're drinking plenty of real water!
