Here is an example of a Tabata timer. You can get a timer or download one on your phone. Tabata is 20 seconds on as hard as you can push yourself and 10 second rest, for 8 rounds total. Today we are 5 Tabata rounds, so each block you 2 times which equals one full Tabata Round!! Push this harder than ever to get the full effect and burn tons of calories, not only during the workout but up to 48 hours after! Are you ready, get set, let’s go!!!! I am adding a low impact version of the workout as well, so everyone can do this!!
Do this block 2 times thru then go straight into pushups on the toes, until muscle failure. Get in as many as you can until you can’t get another, then take 2 to 4 minute break and then on to the next block. (low impact, pushups on knees)
Side jumps (feet stay together and jump side to side and go as far as you can go each direction)=low impact (step side to side)
Burpees (low impact, don’t jump go from plank and walk up to a stand)
