Heat Up Your Fall & Winter With Hot Yoga

Hotyogasign Looking for a new and interesting exercise experience? How about a way to stay warm and get some exercise this fall and winter? Well I have something for you today. As you well know, yoga has been around for thousands of years, but a new branch of the ancient Indian discipline is emerging–hot yoga. I know what you’re thinking: “Yoga in a sauna?” Not quite, but it is practiced in a room that is heated to 92 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit. Is that warm enough for you? (I first heard of hot yoga several years ago through a male co-worker. He absolutely loved it!)
