Really nice post, very informative. I was able to read some articles that says spices have been revered by cultures for their accompanying medicinal properties, some tracing back thousands of years. It does not only provide an excellent accent in the very best of recipes but has a also some medicinal value. If we only know how to use them well, we could avoid some illnesses and save our money for treatments. When my son was really sick I had no choice but to take out  . Since then I became cautious of our health and tried to find some alternative therapies. Nature has created spices with a two-fold purpose, not only to impart zest to our favorite recipes, but to promote human health and wellness as well.
