Because I haven’t and to be honest, I haven’t really even tried it much. The first couple times I struggled and thought it was dumb, so just gave up. THEN I talked to Sandy Sommer and he told me that he starts out his clients doing Turkish Get Ups and I thought he was completely CRAZY! BONKERS! It’s so hard, why would he choose that KB exercise first? But maybe I just thought it was so hard because I wasn’t doing it correctly.
So I decided it would probably be a good thing for me to learn how to do it the right way, so I asked Sandy to put together a video demonstrating how he teaches his clients with no KB at all. Instead he uses a shoe…..interesting….
