Its a lighter form of the old Callistenics from years ago. But what I have seen in some of the instructional videos leads me to believe that this is really something I can do. I am not exactly a spring chicken and I also have some fibromyalgia in my upper back area. I was looking for an "easy" into to exercise other than walking. Walking is great but it won't take care of everything the body needs.....any info would be appreciated........ thanks everyone..............
