Sorry for my hiatus this week. I may not have posted, but I was, like the title of this blog--working it out.
Last week when I interviewed Jeff Halevy , I asked him what to do about my latest exercise slump, which is due in part to the fact that I can't run right now . He said to figure out what else I love, and to slowly begin doing that, and to build from there. I took his advice to heart, and this week I:
- Put air in my bike tires (OK, my mom's bike, but I use it!)
- Made my way to Crunch and worked out with Taj (the post-workout soreness was great!)
- Put on some lightweight gloves and did a cool kickboxing routine
- Figured out that a sprinkle of grated coconut on top of oatmeal makes a blah breakfast into something AMAZING!
