5. Sports Bra Only - Only if you are Madonna or Fergie. Possibly if you are running outside, but you are probably making yourself or others feel bad if it is done inside.
4. Waist band above belly button with a short shirt - Just don't advertise to everyone that you fancy dressing like a grandmother.
3. Your Hair down - This one I hear from other females, if you hair is longer than shoulder length you must keep it up. Otherwise, it just looks novice.
2. The XXXL t-shirt - We are working out not sleeping, leave the moo-moo and nightie for bed.
1. VPL (Visible Panty Lines) - My pet peeve, inside and outside the gym. Especially with yoga pants! Ladies, I like to know what yoga class you like, but not what kind of coverage you prefer for your derriere.
