I hope you are all enjoying your weekend. This will be a quick post! First off, when I came home on Friday there was a box from The Chia Company . I was so excited because chia seeds are a part of my daily diet. Check out the goods! I got a great running tank and some awesome Chia Shots, that are perfect for when you are traveling. They also sent me a bag of their White Chia Seeds. Thanks, Chia Company. Don’t worry, I’ll be sharing some of the love soon in an upcoming giveaway!
If Chia seeds aren’t a part of your daily diet, they should be. They are both odorless and tasteless, containing omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, protein and fiber.
They are easy to add to any salad, bowl of yogurt, oatmeal, cereal or smoothie… seriously anything. Check out the following link for some more reasons why .
