Got the itch to run and goals for this year!!

Here in Virginia it is usually really cold here at the end of December, but yesterday it was a whopping 63*!!!! The hubby was home and we were going to take the girls to the park than I got the itch and decided that I wanted to run to the park instead! Fortunately we live 2.38 miles from the park, so this wasn't a horrible feat considering I haven't been running regularly. It was a gorgeous day for a run. I have run the flat part of the way to the park 3-4 times but I haven't run the uphill part before....SUCKS! But I did it and didn't have to stop to walk! Now depending on what is going on at the gym at 10 when they start childcare up this morning depends on if I do Lindsay's Maximum Override Class (Spinning + Weights) or if I lift and run...we will see!

So here are my totally obtainable (hopefully) goals for this coming year

  1. Get Certified as a Personal Trainer (Which one do you guys have?)
  2. Train 4 times a week
  3. Run a sub 2 hour 1/2 Marathon 
  4. Sub 1:45 10M 
  5. Complete the 100 push-up Challenge
Those are all my fitness related goals. I have some others that are family but since I don't really talk about family on here they are just kept for me!
