it is spring time and warmer weather is here. which means shorts, tanks, tees, and swim suits. 

here is an easy tip that will help get and keep your bod in tip top shape... 

add 5 extra minutes to your workouts. 
yes, that's it. why? 
 by adding 5 additional minutes to each workout you will burn additional calories, melt more fat and give your muscles a little extra shock that will can help you break plateaus
for the next 3 weeks, make it a goal to add 5 additional minutes to each workout. i think you will and your body will be pleased with the results.
