Getting Back to Working Out with Crossfit

Sometimes coming back from an injury or medical absence is harder than starting in the first place.

I was so nervous about leaving my new crossfit love because I was on the edge of achieving some really awesome goals. I had already surpassed what I thought that I could do and was on the road to knocking down some serious barriers.

But then I had to have the surgery and be out for a month. Boy was that ever tugging at my psyche and inner athlete. Although it was something I really had to do to live a normal life, it still wasn’t easy to go through.

Now, all that is behind me and I can focus on the road ahead. Double Unders as well as plain ole’ regular pull ups are my nemesis. I would much rather have those than all the medical mush I ‘ve gone through over the past two years though.

I know that those obstacles will only crumble in my wake.

I am ready to succeed!
