Fitness and Weight Loss Reminders

As I have mentioned in several other posts I have recommended putting together a strategy for the New Years Resolutions before we get there, and posted a few links for you to check out. Over the next couple of weeks I will put up several more links to great resources to put in your Resolution Tool Kit for 2008.

The link below is a great NAG of a site. Input a little information about your goals - such as "I will lose fat by completing my food journal each day", and magically you will be reminded every day for 21 days to complete the task via e-mail.
