Having yoga in the mornings makes Mondays and Wednesdays like Christmas morning. What poses will we do?

Last week I made it to NIFS three times for at least 60 minutes of cardio each time (Saturday was 90 minutes!). I was really proud of the 900 calories that I burned on Saturday, and then I ended up eating probably 10 times that between Saturday and Sunday. I shouldn't let it get me down as I made it through the Progressive Dinner and Super Bowl, but I really wanted to have lost some weight by the end of January.
My weight is about the same, but at least I maintained instead of gaining weight? I know I keep saying that, and really I need to crack down on my eating. Yesterday I was well within my range that I'm trying to hit (1450-1800 calories a day) and today I'm there again. I'm really happy that I'm starting to get back to the eating plan and that I'm going to hit my workout goals. I figure even if I don't hit my calorie goals each day, if I get close and average out over the month I'll be well off. I'm just glad that I'm getting back to tracking everything and getting it under control.
I'm pretty bummed out about not being able to work out today, although I was the one who made that choice. The snow was really bad and I was worried about the roads coming home. I'm glad I was able to relax tonight (last night was spent doing laundry and cleaning up from the Super Bowl), but I would have felt better if I had worked out. I figure I'll work out tomorrow, Thursday and probably Friday. I'm looking forward to hitting the elliptical tomorrow and trying to burn more calories!
Speaking of tracking my fitness goals, I need to find a better way to track my meals and exercise. Previously I used SparkPeople and was really happy with it, but since I'm trying to do my own thing it isn't working out. SparkPeople keeps telling me that my fitness goals are too strenuous and losing weight too quickly is unhealthy.
What are some of the sites that you use to keep track of your meals and fitness?
