Fat Burning Tabatas

Here is a tabata challenge for you. I have been having my clients do these at the end of their training sessions as a little metabolism booster!

Quick Step Ups for 20 seconds
**You can use stairs, a small step or a step stool
Rest 10 seconds

Frog Jumps for 20 seconds
**You get down in a low squat with hands hanging in front of you touching the floor and jump up and down…like a frog…LOL
Rest for 10 seconds

Repeat this for 3 minutes..if you can! Then come back and let me know how you did!
