I have been getting lots of emails from people and from women who are a part of the Fat Blasting Boot Camp Community about their stubborn lower body fat. You can not get rid of those jiggly thighs with just cardio alone. You must do some lower body exercises ALONG with a good, healthy CLEAN diet. In my case, when I let the bad diet back into my life..its goes directly to my hips and thighs.
So I decided to come up with a challenge for them. One that will not only “challenge” them, but will also help them to drop inches of those hips and thighs! I think I got this idea over a year ago from Jen Heath and have used it quite frequently. It’s a VERY good lower body burn!
